Tonight’s the night: spaghetti dinner at Binghamton University to aid flood victims

The Binghamton University athletics program and Sodexo, the company that provides food service on the BU campus, are partnering to hold a spaghetti dinner from 4:30 to 7 p.m. tonight [Thursday, October 20] at the BU Events Center to aid local flood victims.

The dinners are $7 each (cash, credit, or BUC$) and includes spaghetti, sauce, meatballs, dinner roll, side salad, and two cookies. You can get them to take-out or dine-in at the Events Center. Take-out dinners will be chilled and will include instructions for heating.

All proceeds from the dinner will go to United Way of Broome County and the Sodexo Disaster Relief Fund to help local Sodexo employees and others in the community who have been severely affected by the recent floods.  For more information, visit
